Introduction

At Heatreat, we understand that delivering consistent quality begins with the right infrastructure. Our facility is equipped with advanced furnaces, quenching systems, handling equipment, and a fully-equipped testing laboratory. Backed by SCADA-controlled process monitoring, oxygen probes, and skilled manpower, we ensure precision and reliability in every component we treat.

Production Equipment

  • Pit Type Gas Carburizing Furnaces (5 Nos.) – 600–1200 kg, up to 1200°C with oxygen probe control.
  • Tempering Furnaces (2 Nos.) – Max 750–900°C, with forced air circulation.
  • Quenching Facilities – 12,000 Ltr quenching oil tank (Savsol Q-001), with tube-type heat exchanger.
  • Material Handling – Overhead Four-Way Crane (5 Ton) & Zip Crane (2 Ton).

Testing & Measuring Instruments

  • Micro Hardness Tester (10–2000 gm load).
  • Rockwell, Brinell & Superficial Hardness Testers.
  • Portable Hardness Tester for on-site validation.
  • Image Analyzer (50x–400x magnification).
  • SCADA System & Oxygen Probe for furnace monitoring.
  • Regular calibration by certified agencies.

Scope of Work

Our facility can handle steel components of significant size and complexity:

  • Up to 700 mm Diameter
  • Up to 2000 mm Length

This enables us to serve automotive, forging, engineering, and heavy machinery industries with confidence.
