Our Infrastructure & Capabilities

Heatreat is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and precision testing systems to ensure consistent quality:

Advanced Furnace Systems

Pit Type Gas Carburizing Furnaces (5 Nos., capacity up to 1200 kg, max temp 1200°C) with drip feed systems. Tempering Furnaces (2 Nos., max temp 750–900°C).

Quenching Facilities

12,000 Ltr oil quenching tank (Savsol Q-001, medium fast) with tube-type heat exchanger.

Precision Control Systems

SCADA-controlled processes with oxygen probes and temperature sensors for precision monitoring.

Material Handling

Overhead Four-Way Crane (5 Ton) and Zip Crane (2 Ton). Scope of Work – Heat treatment of steel components up to 700 mm diameter & 2000 mm length.

Quality Assurance

ISO Certification

ISO 9001:2015 Certified with ±5°C temperature control accuracy and oxygen probe for carbon potential control.

Testing Laboratory

In-house Testing Lab equipped with Rockwell, Brinell, Micro & Superficial Hardness Testers, Image Analyzer (50x–400x magnification), and Portable Hardness Tester.

Quality Processes

Regular calibration by certified agencies. With a dedicated quality department and experienced manpower, we ensure every component meets the highest performance standards.
